Kobe Pudding
This pudding has a refreshing and smooth texture, and a subtle citrus flavor spreads through the deep richness of the egg and cream.
Since its release in February 1993, it has become a standard souvenir of Kobe.

The sweet Akashi dako caught in the nutrient-rich waters of the Akashi Strait.
